Application Method
Surface Preparation
Clean cracks and remove dust, loose particles, oil and contaminants.
Drill & Install Packers
Drill holes along the crack line and fix injection packers properly.
Mixing
Mix the epoxy components thoroughly as per recommended ratio.
Injection Process
Inject INNER LOCK epoxy grout using pressure injection equipment until cracks are fully filled.
Sealing & Finishing
Allow proper curing and remove packers after completion.
